I definately tend to agree with your assessment T_L.

I should act as a short-term (as in through the first half of 2015 or so anyway) about the state of both the H&N trial enrollment, and the potential need to dilute and sell more shares in the meantime.

But longer-term (towards the end of 2015) this should be viewed as a speculative positive - for although it is possible that CVM would lose in a trial, it is at least as likely that they would win at least some damages. And if Inventive thinks they are losing the case - it becomes in their interest to settle, despite the mediation attemp having failed.

It also means that I (personally) will be sitting & continuing to hold what I have here, but NOT adding, until I see some signals like:

Enrollment in the H&N trials continuing to increase month over month in a consistent manner,....

Results reporting from the HPV Phase I testing,....

And while watching for how they do manage their income and financies over the next couple of quarters - especially how much dilution they have to do.

But - in general - it is a positive - if a guarded one.
