And your point is?? The question has arose because it seems that JB is the majority owner of Nanobeak. I personally have no clue how this is all supposed to work. I do realize that when Nanobeak was formed it was a subsidary of MSGi. There has been some discussion on this board that possibly some transaction occurred resulting in MSGi not owning all or some portion of Nanobeak. Again, I have no clue as to what can and can't be done without notification to MSGi's shareholders.

Your thoughts on the matter would be interesting.
