I bet end of January for a markman ruling. I'm not expecting a settlement anymore after seeing how vrng, vhc, et al cases have gone. Stock price will appreciate given a favorable markman ruling and trial set date.
I wonder how much Hudson bay has impacted the stock price and how they have done it. If they lose their case v wddd, the pressure (if any) they are putting on the price will subside. Can anyone comment to that issue?
