**REPLY FROM CHRIS WITTY ABOUT GE JTDA!!

My emailed question to Chris Witty IR for Sigma Labs.

Good Morning Chris,
It has been an ongoing question of mine as to what rights GE has to the jointly developed technology in IPQA that they have been working on with Sigma Labs.

-Does GE hold any IP rights or licensing rights to market or sell any IPQA technology?

-Will GE have to pay for any future INSEPCT or other IPQA software/hardware? Or will they be receiving any other breaks or discounts because of the JDTA? Or will they be treated the same as any other Sigma Labs customer?

-Will any portion of Sigma Labs sales go to GE as part of the JTDA?

-Will GE be able to market and sell the technology developed during the JTDA with Sigma Labs.

These questions are some that I have asked a few times during the investor WebCast, but were not addressed or acknowledged. Can you please provide me with any details as to the relationship with GE in terms of IP, revenue sharing, or rights to the technology based on the JTDA.

Best Regards!

His answer from this morning 12/10/14

GE does not hold any IP or licensing rights to market or sell our IPQA technology. However, as with all technology cooperation agreements, anything developed DURING the agreement would be shared jointly by the parties involved. If GE wants to purchase INSPECT or other software in the future from Sigma, then yes -- they would pay, although we cannot give terms of these transactions. GE would not receive a portion of our software sales to other customers.

Hope this helps you understand our relationship. Thanks for your continued interest!

-Chris
