I found this on page 14. In a way it's bad but in a way it can be good if they add more branches that spike revs.

The company has a branch office that has accounted for a material portion of the Companies revenue. For 2013, this branch office accounted for approximately $3.1 million of the Company’s revenues. The Company and the principal members of this branch office agreed that the branch office will no longer be associated with the Company as of December 31, 2014. Management believes that while the loss of revenues will be material, the Company will seek to replace all or part of the loss of revenue in future operating periods with the addition of one or more new branch offices.
