One does have to wonder about the longevity of this thing. They are currently trying to issue about 1 billion more shares at about 1000 shares for a buck. Wow, for $1 million you could hold controlling interest if the thing wasn't designed to prevent the shareholders from having a vote. Now we hear that Cyclone Officers and Board members are being issued shares in order to pay off their deferred salaries (though the wording seemed to make it sound like they were doing the paying). Better yet, they are getting this stock at better than market rates (even more stock issued to them).
I have one question. How much forgone pay is being issued in the form of stock? Harry has been complaining for years about not collecting one cent of salary. If that was true, his arrears alone would seem to eat up more than the value of the 1 billion shares. How much of the new issue is going to develop new products (or service debt, even). I guess that's why I still pick on the product, hate to see them promote this turkey to the unwary while replenishing their coffers in the face of years of misfeasance.
