$100k market cap, 500k O/S, not bad, but .25 is a long way down as they need to raise capital. Recycling plastic? You see the price of oil these days? Good luck. Hell, natural gas is haveing a hard time as Lybia is dumping supply on the world with OPEC's blessings.
Guess they are in The county building mode. Cheap oil for all!
