Alan, it's important to understand what your *short numbers* actually mean in relation to Telvue so that investors are not mislead into purchasing penny scams or bad investments such as Telvue for the wrong reasons. I think the upcoming court case will sufficiently change the landscape inter alia however in the meantime I'll offer you some facts acquired directly from Finra.

FINRA will tell you that Short Volume has nothing specific about Short Interest nor does it represent Naked Shorting. They will in fact tell a person that if they are interested in actual short positions taken against a security then that person would use the Bi Monthly Short interest report provided by FINRA. If a person was interested in open positions after the settlement period of Trade date plus 3 days has expired then they would use the SEC provided Fails to Deliver report.

Short Volume has no meaning, it is just ownership and physical possession markings and that cannot be disputed.
