If we had an answer to that this might go past the 3's. Maybe it is just someone looking for a cheap gamble? There is still 26 mil up on the bid for 3's. Captain Billy is still down there waiting. Someone sees hope that we can get past the DR's problems with not giving up their contractual obligation to split 3 years worth of recovery they owe Deep Blue Marine. I don't know if or when Wilf is ever planning on going back down there. Maybe Nebula can give us a clue. He seems to have his pulse on it.
