You must not have read the NOHO 8-K - as it stated very clearly there is a reverse split of 10,000:1.

So if you own 10 million shares - you will own 1,000 shares - but it gets much worse for NOHO shareholders as the NOHO O/S will represent 10% of the ACX stock.

So they have effectively taken the existing shareholders out.

There will be no stock split. Just a run from 0.0001 up the chart.

NOHO is still No Bid - there isn't runs left in NOHO.
