I hate to post this however,

I have emailed Judge Caspers clerk Lisa several times over the last couple of months and on each occasion she has told me she finds it likely the markman ruling will not come out until the new year due to the courts very busy schedule,

She also continues to say each time that she really has no insight and has been wrong before.

I know the way this sounds just passing it along.
