This is not a bash. Everyone here knows I'm a big long-time supporter of this stock. However, management--specifically Victor--has gone too far in its mismanagement of this company. Victor is the reason there is not new CEO. Victor is the reason there is not communication or transparency. Victor is the reason that this stock is in the ditch. Victor is not experienced or competent to run a public company, and his arrogance and thin skin is propelling our investment into nothingness. I encourage EVERYONE here to file a complaint with the SEC on their Web site. I have and have encouraged several others in private to do so as well. Victor simply will not listen to anyone...he ignores his business partners, his shareholders, his fellow managers. It is my hope that he will change his ways and dramatically shift course if he is confronted with government regulators that he cannot ignore. Many here have the emails from him and other Wialan personel documenting the inappropriate forward-looking statements, insider info, and general pump messages to sustain a complaint. I encourage you to file the complaint and forward those emails.

Make no mistake, I have high, high, high hopes in the technology and in the potential here. I support the company, just not the management at the top. As counterintuitive as my suggestion sounds, I truly believe it is in the best interest of the company.
