As anyone who works for themselves knows, you take the jobs that come along that you can make money on. Just because he hasn't done any work requiring SEC filings last year doesn't mean he's not qualified at all. Just the way it goes. Every company is different and each have specific reasons for whatever legal paths they take. Dig into those companies. I'm interested in what you find. Whatever you do find either negative or positive has no bearing on what Green Cures has retained Mailander to do.
