the only pr to state many costs was the may 2011 pr misrepresented by the same parties countless times- 9.24/ton trucking due to oil spike of 120/barrel due to libya war etc

total costs were ca 45/ton aside from any fuel surcharge due to libya war
cwrn said in 2009 they would make a profit at 45-50/ton

i've explained these things countless times but he ...

they expected panamax ship costs of 16/ton for ilia -due to shipping glut such ships have often rented for less than their costs -including rents of 13-14 for such panamaxes
