Low Oil Prices and VIIC(Q)

No doubt low oil prices aren't good news for Vision - EXCEPT for the fact that the movement towards hydrogen is about clean air and not high oil prices. It would be better if oil was $110 a barrel, but nonetheless, Vision will have more contracts than they can handle with a proven product. We are moving towards a cleaner planet and the money and policies to support such a move are already in place.

Vision is primed and positioned to take full advantage.
