NuState Energy Holdings, Inc. was misrepresented today, November 26, 2014, in 2 (two) press releases that went out globally this morning. NuState, nor the other parties mentioned in these releases, had any knowledge of them nor did we authorize their release. No investor should rely on the the information obtained in these releases.
