Johnson pushing for the end to conservatorship seems like such big news, I am surprised it hasn't received more attention from the press. And even at the hearing, the statement was hardly addressed by the other speakers. Seems to play into the theory that all know that this is the direction that will be taken. Watt kept stating that uncertainty translates into higher risk and cost, so he too sounds as though he wants an end to conservatorship. And what types of changes was he alluding to that would be announced in December, and in what arena?
