NO, I am counting on an eventual buyout/sale of the sompany and perhaps an additional $10-$20 price move on the stock from that event (and nowhere in the range of $200 to $395 per share).

I think that the patents and engineers are worth more than the stock price right now.

I think that the recent victory versus ZTE, though not yet close to being finalized (ie appeals, etc.), may have added some strength in the patents and made the company as a whole more attractive.

I also think the Huawei Arbitration started the 'strength' in IDCC and, while it is some time away from an arb decision (which could be delayed by appeal (ala Armina),

Lets be realistic. We don't know what any of the non=licensed individuals owe. We can only speculate. Heck, I had a dream on ZTE of 4 numbers popping up ($222 million plus $55 million plus $17 million plus $6 million) but again, it was only a (wishful) dream!

And lets not forget, approximately 50% of whatever we get goes to the IRS as taxable income; another portion goes to management as bonuses; another portion may go to retiring the debt obligation. The shareholders are always the last to come to the dinner table.
