Lol thats exactly what i said....please read the old post carefully.....notes do not affect the O/S until exercised and the shares are issued....only the note being issued is filed....the exercising and selling of the shares from the notes that does not come with a filing and is current dilution that affects O/S immediatley...

But as zeke pointed out, the TA is gagged, making this fairly non transparent.....referring to monthly Qs isnt te best way too stay updated when im sure CD notes are out there floating around waiting ti be converted at their appropriate dates or in tranches after those dates.....which does not need a filing....
