I watched part of that, I think they said only 3 east coast ports were capable of handling any of that traffic, but those three cannot handle all of the available traffic. The rest of the ports need dredged to accommodate the larger cargo ships. No plans exist to accomplish this. Sad to say that infrastructure in America is not any priority at all, while America is spending money on infrastructure for other countries.
