you are correct. However, until then they continue to dilute which will erode investment. I will watch for free and see what happens. I should have exited much sooner and re entered when they rite the ship... I have no problem buying again. My losses are on me. I knew better than to ride down. I chose to ignore and got punished. The 42 million share dump done it for me. If there is another it will be larger imho. So, I'm sitting on the side lines booked my lose and will get the pop corn out. Honestly, I hope they get this turned around. I could come back in and off set my loss easily at the right time. I just don't think that time in now. What galls me is they bragged about how high the stock was and knew at the time it wouldn't hold because they were sitting on convertible's. I disagree with several here. I believe they want a going and growing concern. However, convertible debt destroys any and all share holder equity. I also take issue with the shareholder divi issued. That was a mistake at the time and I pretty much stated my concern at that time. You only benefited if you sold.
