#1 Both of us believe in the current management +

#2 Both of us believe in the technology ++

#3 Both of us agree that Billionaire Tom Golisano investing millions in this company is a very positive thing +++

#4 Stock prices are driven by supply and demand. Torvecs pump hits the market this stock is going to sky rocket!!!

Sulax Reply: Analyze chart history? Historical highs were based on nothing but lies and snake oil IMO. We have never commercialized a product...Never.

Poppa V: What do you think will happen when Torvec begins to produce revenue and commercializes its products?

I’d rather be early to the party then late

#5 Right now is the perfect time to buy. It is the calm before the perfect storm and if you like me were willing to invest at much higher prices, then this is a real bargain now.

SULAX REPLY: Real bargain now? It was $.30 when Kaplan signed up. Any news on the pump has been pushed back farther than the original target and the ISO has been shelved.

Poppa V: Kaplan realized this company needs to get its products to market and produce revenue. He has done it before, and he would never had signed on with Torvec if he didn’t believe in this company.

The pump which Kaplan said “The pump will be the company” has much higher profit margins. Focusing on the pump is what is best for all the shareholders and the company. KAPLAN IS FOCUSING EFFORTS ON BRINGING THIS GREAT TECHNOLOGY TO MARKET AND CREATING REVENUE.

#6 High risk = high rewards. The potential and rewards for TORVEC is as big as it gets.

SULAX:The potential is a lot less than it was when we had the Ice Tech, IVT, ISO,and the FTV. Ice tech gone, IVT gone, ISO on the shelf, and the FTV gone. I'm thinking the reward is a lot less than Jim told me when I met with him.

Poppa V: As I just stated the pump is going to be the company. Have you researched the size of the entire Hydraulics market? If the pump is cheaper and more efficient it would make great business sense to adopt it.

If we could keep the conversation to the current management and not talk negatively about someone who is deceased that would be better; just do not think that is good etiquette.

#7 the market is so big for this technology!!!

SULAX: The market is big for the pump if we can get it to work. The million $ question is does it work? We're still sitting here waiting to hear the answer to that question.

POPPA V: I would not be an investor if I did not think it works. Golisano, Kaplan, Bonadio, Saunders, Destler several experts and engineers etc… Let’s not forget NASA validated TORVECS ENGINEERING PROWESS years ago.

#8 this company will most likely be bought by a much larger mega company once the demand for the products starts to increase

SULAX: Now you are starting to sound like a Gleasman. $75 per share right? It was going to be Dodge, Then Nissan, then Chery, then Shanghi, then lockhead, then others....

Poppa V: Yes, I believe that once Torvec starts making revenue and commercializes its pump that several companies will be interested in acquiring the company. Maybe not at $75 a share. I have no evidence that these companies are interested, but I would think that CAT, EATON, and many other companies would be a great fit. All companies love growth. Most of them spend a lot more money on R & D so acquiring a company while it is in growth stage makes a lot of sense. Not saying that this will develop overnight, but it is a natural logical progression down the road.

#9 I believe in the Gleasman family. Vernon and his family did not dedicate their entire lives to something unless they new it was revolutionary!!

SULAX: Come on, The tech Torvec was started to develop is gone. The IVT was going to change the world. It wasn't what they said. First the EPA said that and then Carlyle (sp) said it. We were told they were fools. Vernon didn't dedicate his life to Tovec. He was 80 when it was started. He was the brains behind the Torsen. They said the IVT, the FTV, and the ISO were revolutionary. The market not me, says they were wrong.

Poppa V: The MARKET like I said in #4 is based of supply and demand; the story is not over yet. I am betting that all their efforts pay off!

The Pump was the magic behind the IVT. Torvec is just more focused now.

The ISOTORQUE IS THE BEST PERFORMING DIFFERENTIAL. JUST ASK THE PEOPLE RACING WITH IT IN THE CORVETTE AND CAMARO. TEMPORARY PROBLEM WHICH WILL BE FIXED LATER.

THE PUMP I THINK WILL BE THE BEST PRODUCT IN THE HYDRAULICS MARKET. The concept and design do make it revolutionary.

#10 A lot of people a lot smarter than me have invested 20 years of there time in sweat equity and close to 70 million dollars into Torvec already. This current price is a steal if you ask me.

SULAX: Hope you are right about the price and I think you are selling yourself short.

Poppa V. I'm no selling myself short I just know that people smarter than me working on bringing TORVECs Technology to market.

There are two ways to get rich invent something yourself and be the leader. Or follow the lead of someone smarter then you that you trust in.
