I agree with your 1st point. That always got to me. To do a R/S to get the share price to a trade able level kinda makes sense but keeping the A/S unchanged just converted "sense" to dilution.

I have know idea what your 2nd point means.

I should add an FYI here re: study results. The study is trying to show an increase in the survival time of patients given the drug vs. the SOC. It is not an inject and see the results kinda thing. Survival has to be measured in time....I don't know what the normal survival rate is for these patients but the its' goal is to increase that time period by 10%....

It will not be until the patients exceed that time that we will get results reported back as "positive"

We may get interim reports saying the quality of life has significantly improved (immune system was not trashed by the chemo/radiation etc.) and thus it can be extrapolated that the survival rate will also be increased.

What all my blabbering means that when the study is completed there will still be a period while data is collected and, hopefully, patients do great.
