For instance, the original unedited article posted this mugshot picture claiming it was the same Michelle Sides without doing appropriate fact when it fact it wasn't and later edited it out.


They states this about Ms. Sides...

Ms. Michelle Sides has been kicked out of the Florida Bar for unspecified reasons (rendering her not eligible to practice in Florida).

...when in fact she was not kicked out of the bar in Florida, she was just late renewing her license which is just paying a fee and certifying that she completed her continuing ed requirement which really isn't a big deal as she wasn't practicing law in Florida anyway. However she later did renew her bar membership and is currently eligible to practice in Florida and is in good standing with no disciplinary actions ever against her. A simple phone call to the Florida Bar would have confirmed why her status was delinquent and that it wasn't for an unspecified reason and not due to any disciplinary reasons rather it was her choice not to renew.

Regarding Mike Llamas they stated...

According to multiple Medical Marijuana filings, Mr. Michael Llamas (age 28) has served as President and Director of the Company

and

Notably absent from Medical Marijuana filings is ANY discussion of Mr. Michael Llamas prolific prior indictments for fraud and financial shenanigans.

When in fact he had already stepped down as director, president and CEO 5 months prior to this article and in all financials statements for when he was CEO etc, were prior to his indictments so how could i have been mentioned and any financial statements subsequent to his indictment he was no longer a officer or director or employee.


And this...

More interesting is the fact that on 09/30/12 and 12/02/12, Mr. Michael Llamas and Mr. Michael Corrigan, Esq. (MJNA's external counsel), respectively, certified that no members of the Company's management team had been subject to "a conviction in a criminal proceeding or named as a defendant in a pending criminal proceeding in the past five years" (Appendix C & D). This appears to be a blatant fabrication in regards to Mr. Michael Llamas prior court records. Moreover, THIS CLEARLY VIOLATES the OTC Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines SECTION 8B.1

Since he was no longer he was no longer a part of the companies management team on those dates, the statement of "no members of the Company's management team had been subject to "a conviction in a criminal proceeding or named as a defendant in a pending criminal proceeding in the past five years" is true as Llamas was no longer a part of the management team prior to the date the statement was made.

Those are just a few examples of non factual or twisted facts. I can go on as there are many more but I will stop there for now.
