EDIT: Just read through the filing. Looks like healthy accounting clean-up. New firm scrubbed the old firm's work and found an error in the 2012 financials. When they file the 2013 financials, it will reflect the updated financials from 2012 as well.

Healthy clean-up. This is laying the groundwork for progress.
