FORM 10 REGISTRATION –
Notification is hereby made that Company Managers have completed the additional disclosures, clarifications and formatting required for the Form 10 Registration Statement, and will be submitting the document for final review of outside counsel on Friday, Nov. 28. It is the Company’s intention to submit the filing immediately upon approval of counsel, which is expected by early next week. The plan is to file the Form 10 on Thursday, December 4th to the S.E.C. Edgar Department through a submission via MacReport Media. Additional news and material developments affecting the Company, including the VODWIZ partner updates and roll-out, will commence following the publication of the registration statement.
