So true! The 3s you see on the Trades is not coming from the BID.
The money going into the Ask is doing no good to take out the Ask.

Unless one just wants to load the boat, trying to get the PPS up is a waste of time.
.0006 will not be painted till VNDM,CSTI and VFIN move North.

No reason to PR anything.
