I understand your point and do not disagree. However, investors should expect a level of confidence from the CEO. Implicit in his statement is that the FDA can certainly delay the process, a point confirmed in NH's statement that any additional tests would only mean a few months delay. Again, a level of confidence expected of the CEO that argues, ultimately, for success.
