Interestingly enough , I believe everyone is in agreement with the need for financials and better marketing. The disagreement seems to be between the insistence that nothing has happened because sales cannot be verified via SEC filings versus they party confirmation.
From the perspective of moving the pps, reports are likely needed so the majority of investors have confidence in their purchases. Others believe those reports will happen in time and are confident in their holdings with a few still nibbling.
If someone is of the opinion the company will never perform any better than it is today, the only rational path would seem to be sell for whatever the market will bear and move on. After all, if that is a correct opinion the pps isn't going higher. While the pps is likely to yo yo for a bit, I personally don't share that assessment.
By the way, I have sprinkled a few breadcrumbs around and still waiting for someone to be curious enough to follow up: BtL
