The real beauty of this company is the outstanding management and their high ownership of shares. They are going to do the most they can to maximize shareholder for us and themselves. So it really does not matter why they think this is the right move but if you believe in management and they would know better than anyone here, it is the right move. They are building a real company here with a highly diversified portfolio of IP and around half of it is already producing income. That is amazing in such a short time and while I may not be a hedge fund guy I have worked in the IP space for several decades. I also noticed Acacia starting to creep up on $20/share or roughly a billion dollar market cap. Another positive with money flowing into this space.
