If you look at the filings and the numbers within and then crunch them, the CPN debt has been converting to shares at .00005, which they the sell to the public at the retail minimum price of .0001

That is the recent history here. Before the recent 3(a)(10) hijack of that exemption.

Got interesting all of a sudden.
