Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant
On June 12, 2014, the Company retained the services of Enrique Nowogrodzki, CPA, CPA
Services Corp, to audit the Company's financial statements for the years ending December 2011, 2012 and
2013. Upon completion of the three year audit, the Company intends to file a Registration Statement with
the Securities and Exchange Commission and remain fully reporting thereafter.
