That is old news.The man is paying for his misdeads.He was judged and sentenced and this is the great U.S.A.The last time I checked they own so little of ILNS they don't get to call the shots ever again.Different time and different owners imo.

That file folder got some serious patents,agreements in it.If not why is Shire spending million on phase 1/2 clinical trials now not to mention Pfizer's Phase II Ponezumab ongoing trial which is covered per 2.6 Field.

TauC3 is heating up also this ligation is moving forward in a serious manner now.If they don't settle I still say Q1 you see summary judgement in favor of ILNS.

As far as the media this would be one heck of a story regarding the ligation the missed milestone payment.Its not something that happens everyday that I'm aware of dealing with the size of each party involved giant vs piss ant.
