I don't think you understand what fully reporting is. BKEN is as far as a company can get from fully reporting.
There is also no business or operations. Their so called acquisitions never took place by their own admission. Perhaps you could provide some evidence this company has any operations; maybe you are unaware the corporate HQ is actually a mail box.
