Friday we will know if court lasts another year or 2.
The good news here is that the CEO, VP lawyer guy & the Dr. will not take a loss on the shares they have bought.

CEO gave 50K loan @12% but can't spend $100 for 50K shares. I guess they are not Steve Jobs friendly stockholder kind of folks.
