Could, would, should... If it were easy, I'm sure JB would have already done those filings...

Point being, to date he is late on two quarterly's after putting out a pr that said he would file future reports in a timely manner...

What is said by this company often times is at odds with what is done...

Your CEO speaks with forked tongue... believe what you read at your money's peril...

Get the money when the opportunity arises. If you want to sit on it and let the opportunity pass you by well then that is your decision.
