Stress management: I am sure many have heard this but for those who have not it is remarkable how this little exercise can save you a bunch of hassel in your life, I have given this lesson to all my kids and friends I feel it could help: here goes
Take a piece of paper, draw a big circle----inside the circle write all troubling things that you have control over....things you can do something to change for the better-----next on the outside of the circle write those troubling issues in you life that you have no control over-----now focus your efforts on those things inside your circle which you can improve on & make your life better and learn to push those things outside you circle aside, things you can not change or do anything about these issues, so why worry, waste your energy on something you have no control over.......little example: People will let a rainy day totally ruin their day, they are letting something they have absolutely no control over ruin their day, and all the while they are ignoring a troubling issue inside their circle that they have control to change and improve their life....dealing with stuff outside my circle, in the end nothing gets done except increasing their crappy, unhappy, stink'n attitude.....just saying
