That is really disappointing to hear, maybe 5-6 months ago this board got fired up about share count and I specifically asked Adam if BION intended to issue more shares and he said something to the effect of "Look it's in the companies as well as the investors best interest to keep the number of shares at its current rate, to answer your question directly no there is no intent to issue more shares".
