Ya lends money to many Fortune 500 Corporations too...
So I wonder what did they see in the Patents or QR Code Business that they would lend over $50M to NEOM...

I'm saying that the QR Code Business is TREMENDOUSLY GROWING & will Benefits NEOM when anything New comes about...
