Does anyone know what derivative liabilities are? I think it's the difference between debt conversion stock price and actual price at the time of conversion but I'm not sure. If I'm correct, why is it listed as a current liability if it isn't actually current debt?

If no one knows the answer, please direct me to a board that does. Thanks
