The GCDX promotional campaign of a lung cancer test is for Male and Female smokers and former smokers over 50 years old. William is very wise when it comes to protect Trade names with the US Patent and Trademark Commission..They failed to trademark LC Sentinel, so that name is thrown out of the hypothesis. "Lung Cancer Test" "The Lung Cancer Test" and "Ihe Early Detection Lung Cancer Test" are "Smoke Screens" and never trademarked.. We do currently have Onko-Sure trademarked and owned by Radient Pharmaceuticals Inc.Now ProvistaDX trademarked "Videssa" a trademark "not in current use" by ProvistaDX...It will be around June 2,2015 before the Videssa tradename can be used without opposition..In the mean time GCDX/PDX and Radient can get the corporation reinstated and get current with the SEC so we can continue to trade as a public company...And sell Onko Sure in the USA as a lung cancer test...imo Wolf

Oh- now I see- Provista specializes in female cancers, hence the name Videssa.

Who will market the male equivalent in the USA - GCDx under the LC Sentinel label? It seems confusing, since GCDx/LC Sentinel has not made any efforts to make its product gender specific up to now.
