Uh, what does "will immediately resign" mean?

You left out a word. The PR says "will immediately resign".

"Resign" is the verb in that sentence and "immediately" an adverb describing "resign".

"All current officers and directors of CEN Biotech Inc. will immediately resign from Creative Edge Nutrition as . . . blah blah blah.



This is not a difficult sentence to parse. The clause following "as" is nothing more than the reason for the "immediate" resignation.

They have resigned. FITX is less than worthless. Seriously, it's not a confusing sentence. It's one of the plainer Billisms floating out there in the ether. It's common English.
