Because assumption-master is making assumptions. Again, we do not know if KBLB will get a dime from the sale of MS from the production of Monster Silk. So someone could be booking sales and they will never show up in KBLB's filings. If KBLB owned the production facility, it would be reportable. That means required. Fact master reads the filings. If he hasn't seen the purchase of the facility, why does he think KBLB owns it, and thus responsible for the reporting of costs and sales? KBLB must have to purchase any Monster Silk from the facility, and this would explain the low amounts of MS that Warwick has to work with, AND associated dilution. If anyone has a better explanation, I am all ears.
