What!!!??? I am only stating what is actually taking place at FITX. This spin off will never happen. Not one PR staing anything that is going to happen business wise has amounted to anything more than a PR. This is what is intended. to create excitement and volume for par value share to be sold. This is what FITX is in Pinky land. It is a pinky stock run by a pinky CEO. Switching CEO at this time is absurd but it is what is classically done. Bill di it himself when entering FITX after the bridge club folded. Sorry it is just what it is and I think it is coming to an abrupt close.

All current officers and directors of CEN Biotech Inc. will immediately resign from Creative Edge Nutrition, as Creative focuses its plans and operations on Nutrition under its new Chief Executive Officer, Mr. James Robinson, a noted entrepreneur in the dietary nutrition space.

No it is not. Read it again. It says what I stated just as it is in the PR. Will Immediately resign. Very easy to Understand. COMPRENDE! lol

The press release is speaking of their FUTURE plans (as in if/when the spin off happens). You keep repeating the same misinformation over and over that "Bill and the BOD resigned effective immediately" but it doesn't make it true.

The press release DOES NOT SAY THEY HAVE RESIGNED ALREADY. Is it really that hard to understand? Really?
