I remember when this filing was released and thought it was going to cause the pps to dip. It didn't. Had to be because they decided to hold on to the other 11M shares.
Wouldn't they have sold at a higher price if they were to think that GTAT would never have the opportunity to continue the companiea growth and operations.
I would imagine that these big money institutions would have more information on what had and would transpire.
They must see GTAT coming out of BK in a better position.
