Lemmy, you shall consider yourself very lucky and fortunate, for you are actually seeing the beginning stages of what goes on prior to a buyout, if a price can be agreed upon that is.

Who knows... it is like having the ocean front property where there are 100's of houses ( cancer treatments from chemo to irradiation..etc ) and one day you look outside and realize you own the land where all other ocean front property owners must pass thru to even reach their property.

What happens one day when all of Big Pharma realizes that Peregrine owns the IP rights 100% for PS Targeting, the same PS Targeting that needs to be targeted, for their pipeline property to even be worth much if anything at all....

Lemmy.... this is called building the foundation for Peregrines house. Some are not happy because they see no framed structures... but many see the foundation that the Italians know how to build quite well. Maybe this is why there are not many sites open in Italy just yet? ... they are busy on more foundation work.
