If the company that lent BGL that money for the Cinco Minas case calls in its loan BGL will be forced into liquidation or an Official Receiver of the company's assets will be appointed - to liquidate the company and distribute its assets to the creditors. I'd guess they might get 0.0000001 to the Canadian Dollar.

A share price of 0001 in a company that trades suddenly doesn't seem to be too bad!
