With the CEO Scott Gallagher increasing the A/S to a now staggering 30 Billion shares...hasn't he pretty much weakened all arguments?

Since when do profitable companies raise their A/S to north of 30 Billion shares?
Short selling arguments.....rendered completely Useless
Comparing SEEK to companies trading in the 5-11 cents range with similar share structures.....not working
Anything can happen.....it did 30 Billion shares Authorized now is the new number.
What Scott learned from FLIP? Maybe to recycle his old play book IMO of getting the Market to fall for DISILLUSIONMENT while issues discounted shares
Did Scott's SLOW and Easy make investor's funds disappear?
