They may not have too, but going by past history it seems that they want to, thus the reason for filing the nt-10q. If it was according to your logic, they would not have filed the nt knowing that they do not have to. With that being said, why file an nt knowing you are only getting 5 calendar days, and then failing to comply anyway. Might as well just saved your pennies and not filed at all. like OMO said, the penalty will more than likely be a slap on the wrist. Oh well it is officially long term for me now so it doesn't matter any form or fashion. Like I said in a preious post. Still looking to pick up some .011's
