ROFLMFAO - this is hilarious. That article is almost two months old.

A settlement has since been reached.

Apple already owns the furnaces, and the only money they will get is the proceeds from the sale of those furnaces.

GTATQ has no further obligation to AAPL. In fact, GTATQ is relieved of $500 million worth of debt in the settlement.
